Questions people ask
Is NPTech fiber the same as Community Fiber?
Yes. Community Fiber is NPTech’s fiber internet company. NPTech used to be called New Paris Telephone, and Community Fiber started out as Goshen Fiber Network. Same owners, same New Paris office.
How do I check if fiber is available at my address?
Type your street address into the box at the top of this page and press Check. You’ll see whether fiber is live at that address.
Which towns does NPTech fiber serve?
Parts of New Paris, Goshen, Elkhart, Bristol, Middlebury, Syracuse, Nappanee, Wakarusa and Milford, in Elkhart and Kosciusko counties. The network is still going in street by street, so the address check is the only way to know for sure.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. None of the plans have a contract or a data cap.
