We provide a fiber modem called an ONT (Optical Terminal Network) as part of your installation. The installation technician will determine the proper placement for your ONT.

The router is your responsibility. We do sell ISP Eero Routers. These routers tie into our network which allow for swift troubleshooting should you require tech support.

No! NPTech fiber comes with unlimited data and no speed throttling. Use as much as you need, whenever you need it
