ABOUT US

NPTech is the assumed name of New Paris Telephone. Our company changed its name in 2022 to better reflect our growing business. We are now so much more than a telephone company.

We offer Fiber internet service, Cable TV & Cable modem service, Computer Repair and IT support, IP Telephone systems and cat6 wiring. Many of our fiber projects have involved connecting local schools and business together with fiber. We have installed hundreds of customers on our fiber network. We are still owned by local shareholders.

SERVICES

We Offer a variety of services though all our divisions.

Cable TV & Cable Modem

This service is offered though our Quality Cablevision division.

Traditional Phone Service

We still offer traditional landline phone service for customers in the “831” exchange.

High Speed Fiber Service

We office Fiber service in our local telephone exchange and we have expanded beyond through our fiber division Community Fiber.

Computer Repair & IT

Our in house computer repair and Business IT Services are offered through our Simplify Tech division.

Phone System and data wiring

We service & sell Grandstream IP phone systems. This service is through our Advanced Products Group division.

DSL

We offer DSL Service for all our customers in the New Paris Exchange area. Speeds may vary depending on location.

New Paris Fiber Projects

We are in the process of upgrading our local New Paris Exchange lines to fiber optics. Below are the current New Paris Exchange locations that can get Fiber to the Home. If you live near one of the Red lines and would like fiber give us a Call at 574-831-2176 to get service.
